Shipping policy

A flat shipping fee of R95.00 is charged on all orders below R500. Orders of R500 or above qualify for free door-to-door shipping across South Africa. Customers purchasing items over the value of R1000 can also opt for insurance at an additional cost of R95. Should a customer not opt for shipping insurance, and their package is lost by the couriers, the customer will be liable for the replacement cost and not the store owner.

Collective & Co. uses a door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa. Please note that we do ship internationally on request.

Please pay attention to the lead time specified on the item you are ordering, as these differ depending on the item. The below delivery timings only apply once an item's lead time has been completed.

For Standard Delivery, our courier service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm. Deliveries to main areas are generally delivered quicker, with a turn-around time of 2 – 4 days, as these are within all major courier routes. Outlying areas can take slightly longer, depending on the courier schedule, so plan for delivery 3 – 7 days from placing your order.

We are also able to use Pudo or Postnet to Postnet - please get in touch with us prior to placing your order to arrange this.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, as once the order has been handed over to the courier we have no control over their deliveries, schedules and times. We do provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow the delivery progress of your order.

Important: if you have not received your order within the communicated time, please let us know. You have 21 days to do so. Any claim not made in writing and within the period stipulated shall be deemed to have been waived and shall lapse.
