The back closure is an internally-threaded flower back, meaning it screws into a tiny tube that forms the back section of the stud. 

Choose between 14kt yellow, rose or white gold.

The ideal placement for this stud is the helix, the flat helix, the tragus or the lobe, meaning it can work as either a cartilage piercing or as a lobe piercing. Please choose your back length (i.e., the part that threads through the piercing) accordingly.
